Related to this, what is involved to change the alternator pully to put the ENDYN stepper pully on? It looks as if it would certainly have to be removed unless..........I'm not looking at it now but is the frame in front of the alternator or is it just the fenderwell? If it's just the fenderwell I could cut a hole out of it with a hole saw or cutoff wheel and create a "quick change" access point for the alternator pully.

    What do you guys think?

That is a thought... but you would NOT be doing it on my car. I would be afraid of losing some structural rigidity by carving a very large hole in the strut tower.
